I think it's those limited nested quotes , ya that's it . :nyah:

Oh well yeah, I'd say BriTer just kicked you to the curb there.
So I have spent most of the day without AdBlock on my browser, and things are definitely running faster on here. A couple of minor hangs, but NOTHING like it was before.
And Bsuds, that is one of my all-time favourite Easter cartoons.

Re: Forum slow?
It shouldn't cause an issue, but things definitely speeded up once I disabled AdBlock. I suspected that was the culprit when I'd get a stall while ads were trying to load.
It is pretty odd that there are pretty much the same number of ads now as before with AdBlock, though. I might reload it, who knows, maybe it was just corrupt (if that is even possible with plug-ins) (my guess is: yes).

It was the cancellation of nesting quotes that did it. :runforlife:

I knew beyond the shadow of a doubt that one of you would come up with that argument, lol.

I think Troy slowed it down on purpose, to compensate for some of the users cognitive short comings. :D

Well, to be honest, there's some who wouldn't benefit, if he had it sitting still. :dyinglaughing:
