Private message filters

Something odd is happening in my PM box.

I see I have a message.

I click on and BOOM, "message has been removed due to privage message filters."

If anyone is trying to contact me via PM, sorry, but for some reason you're not allowed to?
Do I have that right?

I also had a similar problem yesterday, it was corrected in less than 1/2 hour.

I checked.

I see no one whom I can't get PMs from.

Happened again this moment. I came back to Castanet, saw a message, clicked on and.... nothing. The message someone sent me last night was still at the top.

What's givin' here?

I have sent two messages now to reply to treeguy and they both don't exist anymore in either sent messages or outbox? Is there something I am doing wrong? How do I reply to a private message too? I'm so confused?!?!

No, you aren't doing anything wrong. :) The board is set so that users have to make a set amount of posts before they can private message another user.

So if I get a private message from someone thats able to private message because they qualify as per the requirements you just stated, I am not able to respond to that message privately?

It may also mean that the poster has either, not picked up the message, has a block on who they will receive messages from, or they are deleted before they are read.
