Complaint Chain

Every effort is made by moderators and admin to treat members and situations in a fair manner. However, if you feel that you have been treated unfairly, these are the steps you can take:

1. Be sure of your facts. Do not make assumptions as to what happens behind-the-scenes. You have absolutely no way of knowing.

2. Be aware that the moderators and admin of this board are not accountable to you. They do not need to explain their reasons for a decision. When they do, it is a courtesy, not a requirement.

3. Complaints and the questioning of board decisions are to be made privately via PM or email, not posted on the board. This prevents such matters from disrupting the board.

4. You are free to contact me with your concern. I will listen to any reasonable complaint about any specific problem. I will not listen to vague accusations of 'you're unfair'. If your complaint is clearly stated, I will review the situation and make a decision. My decision is final. The choice then is to either accept my decision or find a board more compatible to your needs.
