Harper and Justin were at the memorial yesterday to remember the attacks on Parliament exactly a year ago. Mulcair was supposed to be there but was a no-show. Why? Hung-over? Still too angry? Too sad? Where is he?

I have to say that if the 3rd place finisher in anything needs a well "deserved" rest, whilst the 1st and 2nd place finishers continue to do the right thing, I'd say both you and Mulcair are in the same boat.
