finally something we can agree on. I hate the total bloat and waste of management just as much as I hate the laziness and sloth of government unions.

Marc Garneau (minister of transport) was heard on the radio this morning saying he was meeting with Deepak today about CP now comes this from the privy council office... so who is in charge of CP? Here it says Judy Foote is responsible for CP.

Accountability must be commensurate with clearly defined responsibilities.

We have seen some confusion with announcement by ministers who do not seem to be responsible for an area. (e.g. minister of children and family services making announcement on return of census long form).

Let's hope this is not a sign of future overlaps, duplication, and confusion about mandates. Some tweeking may be needed going forward.
