Unfinished home selling for $1,200,000

Postby gsc » Jan 4th, 2018, 6:51 pm

This home is up Kettle Valley and has never had anyone live in it since the day it was built. The house has been empty for years now and is actually starting to fall apart. It's a shame because it could be a gorgeous house. The lot has had no landscaping done and last time I saw this place vandalism had been done as well.

I'm guessing the land it's self is worth a pretty penny because as the house sits today I don't know about $1,200,000.

Not gonna lie if I could move there I would lol. I would love to be that close to the bush and be able to ride our side by sides right from our house lol.

The add reads :

MUST BE SOLD - COURT ORDERED SALE - ALL OFFERS WILL BE LOOKED AT - TRY YOUR OFFER. New Home Under Construction - Beautiful luxury four bedroom and four bathroom home with amazing lake and mountain views. This rancher with walk out basement home offers a great-room plan with vaulted ceilings and a large deck. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and luxurious ensuite. There is a large guest bedroom/den with an ensuite off the main entrance. The bright walk-out basement offers two more good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a rec room, and additional space suitable for a media room and a gym. The garage is oversized as is the main floor laundry room. The lot is roughly .57 acre with room for a pool, a generous sized garden, and even rear access parking. Completion is estimated for November 2017. All offers must be accompanied with Schedule 'A' - Subject to court approval. New Home Warranty offered. GST applies. TRY YOUR OFFER.

I might die tonight but if I do I'm a be ok
And if I die tonight at least I stood by stuff I said
I've got two graves dug one for me and one for the person in my way
And if I die tonight at least I can say I never ran away.

I wonder if there is another Cnet poster that would pitch in to help you out realize your dream? Hmmm Maybe even help you pack.

Lmao yeah maybe or they could buy it and move there as well I'm ok with either. But if I move I am renting my home to very "questionable" people.
