I like them when they're fresh. As soon as they get a bit dark, they turn into absolutely the worst tasting food possible.

Though my wife makes banana bread out of them - it's like making bad food awesome again.

Hate is a strong word that I reserve for what I think should leave this planet. Monkeys/apes like bananas so they can stay. I just don't eat very many of them.

I like a Peanut Butter and Banana sandwich once in awhile.

But when Bananas go black they are gross and as CA stated, only good for Banana Bread.

@#$%@ that #$@%. Green bananas are worse. Ripe bananas = sweet; green bananas = bitter. Only a bitter old Castanet poster like Captain Awesome would prefer bitter to sweet. Not that I'm a banana eater. I don't get to eat many of them because people in my house tend to prefer the green, and thus there aren't many left when they finally ripen.

^^^Silly goose. Not all at once - take your pick. I'd go with cheese ... you can do grilled cheese, cheese omelette, cheese sauce, mac 'n cheese. Or you could go with rice - rice 'n beans, rice 'n chicken with mushroom sauce, rice pudding, stir-fried rice.
