Wandered in to see the Target store, Pharmacist rents space from Target. It was lovely eat off the floor clean , Mr Foster is young, super friendly and gentle as a lamb. Easiest shot ever! No waiting, I was in and out in minutes. I know not all of you get them - but thought I'd let those who want one know - plenty of free parking too! And Hey, there is a Starbucks there.

that's great that it is so easy. i always sort of shuddered when i would see a little spot set up in the back of a small store. it just seemed...scary.

I got one of my shots at the Rexall pharmacy in Westbank. Now I just go to Shoppers here in town when they have their clinics and I am in and out in no time. Could go to my doctor's office but I need an appointment..

Arm not at all sore.. and it isn't in the back... in the front. Super clean. Graham Foster is pretty easy on the eyes too, just saying
