Anyone drink nettle tea for allergies?

i don't, but my dad takes nettle capsules for allergies and he says they really help a lot!

I've never had either of the above, but I have had Nettle Beer and it's delicious. It's non alcoholic (like ginger beer) but it tastes great. I've no idea whether it's helpful for allergies though; I just know it tastes good.
