Fast moving head cold

Post by gardengirl »

So I woke up at 5am on Sunday with a wicked sore throat. By ten am my face was swollen up, eyes and nose running like a faucet and all my upper teeth ached like crazy.

This is the fastest cold I have ever had. Before Sunday morning, I felt great, not even a sniffle.
I don't know where I picked it up, but it is a whopper.

Anyone else got it?

Flu usually attacks that fast , not a cold.

I scored a bonus ear ache with it as well.

Oh yeah, ears blocked and sore as well. I was having trouble hearing on the phone.
Jeez. I think I feel a bit better today, day 3, but holy moly, it came out of nowhere.

Yup - been tossing back the echinacea and vitamin C. Seem to be getting over it sooner than a regular one though, which is nice.
I haven't failed until I quit.
