Type 1 is a whole different animal, yet most think they are the same but high blood pressure is due to your heart not being able to keep up with what you do to it, and type 2 is much the same due to pressure on your pancreas.

I had two relatives told by doctors they were at risk, 1 got in shape, one is type 2.
