Was the study done with this "neutralizing" baking soda added? Perhaps that also neutralized the beneficial effect on cholesterol?

The link is posted at the beginning of this thread, the study did not include ingesting baking soda.

It's also great for aiding in digestion, for some people. Just take a tablespoon or two before a meal.
