Hit and run victim, multiple injuries discharged from hospital "prematurely", with broken bones. Hospital is really sorry, after it hits the news. Readmitted for three weeks.

Is this all just talk, or is there going to be a change? Nurse practitioners seem like a good idea, but will they be in as short supply as doctors and other nurses? Pretty much all of the care I've had from my family doctor for many years, could have easily been done by a nurse practitioner, renewing prescriptions, running a few minor tests, not generally getting back with results.

Teen falls hard, symptoms, severe headache, no CT done. Dead a day after discharge.
Absolutely you do a head CT if someone has fallen unconscious or disoriented.
