I am on a Keto diet and I came across a recipe for Crispy Fried Chicken which if breaded is a definite no-no
if you are on Keto (too many carbs). As an alternative it recommends Pork Rind which is the same as scratchings.
Does anyone know where I can buy them? Cheers to all
