Recommend a Peachland snow removal service

Post by Spocky »

Hello. I understand that this forum is a good source of local info, so could anyone recommend a good snow removal service that's professional and prompt? My driveway resembles a roller coaster so there's no way that it can be hand shoveled. Thanks in advance!

I am not sure if they go as far as Peachland, but I have seen Gable Landscaping in Westbank. They do a great job.

I'll call Gable today! Thanks!

Edited: Just called Gabel and they said they don't do Peachland nor know anyone who does. :(

I'm pretty sure that George at Down Under Irrigation does snow removal in the off-season

Does anyone have any other suggestions? It may be because they're gone for holidays but neither of these companies have returned my call and Env. Can. is calling for another 7-9 cm in the next 24 hours! I don't want to be snowed in again! Help! :(

Sorry you haven't had any luck yet.

Maybe try Tim Stubbert, the owner of the local hardware store (250-767-9220). He knows pretty much everyone in town, he might be able to steer you in the right direction.

Tim! This must be the third time that someone has pointed me to him about "who is who in the Peach." I should have thought of him. Maybe Tim should be named The Official Peachland Information Guy. I'll call him today and let you know! Thanks! :nyah:

I like to call Tim the "Unofficial Mayor of Peachland." He knows everyone by first name and he caters to patrons of his business.

Anyone who knows of a snow removal service ( Peachland area ) who is equipped to clean a steep paved hill side road over this winter. Please advise, must be blown as there is little room to plow.

Thanks!
