Hey, I'm looking at moving to kelowna soon and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for good, clean, quiet apartment buildings in the city. I saw an ad for Roth Tower is that a good building? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

There are some nice duplexes on Hein Road.

Honestly, I've lived in apartments leased by the Callahan Property Group and they have been very top notch.

You are wise to stick with dedicated rental buildings. Stober is another company that manages buildings; they often post their units on Rent bc.com. My husband lived in Laurentian Heights and found the management to be very good.

The Bed Bug Registry is a great site I found when I was looking to rent a place in Vancouver, as bed bugs have become a greater concern these past few years. There are a few Kelowna addresses on the list:
