Fortunately for me, the former owner put in a full three piece, tub/shower/toilet/sink bathroom in the basement.
That was over the top for a 1938 house too, but who cares? I live here, I'm not borrowing it.
As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?
