When you get a quote have them list what, they will do/replace/inspect. Some places will quote low, some will cut corners, others will know that things break and quote accordingly.

I do most of my maintenance at RPM automotive. Its a convenient location for me and frequently busy. Quotes are usually pretty reasonable.

What kind of car Bub ? Don't automatically agree to have your rotors turned , its quite often not necessary .
