Sod Disposal

Post by bannor »

Does anyone know if the Glenmore landfill accepts sod, and if so, what they charge for disposing of it? We have about 600-700 square feet to get rid of. Thanks for any info.

If it is still alive, post it on Freecycle or one of the garden swap groups - it will be gone in a day or so.

That's what I did when I used a sod cutter on my lawn to make space for my garden.

Don't know about sod disposal at the dump though.
I haven't failed until I quit.

It is pretty weed infested (more dandelions than grass), so I'm not sure anyone would want it.

I got Married because I was sick and tired of finishing my own sentences.
That's worked out great for me!
