Looking for a Framer for small house
Building a small 1500sq.ft. House in west Kelowna basement foundation is in place.

Good luck finding someone now....everyone is incredibly busy and you will be charged much higher for this and every other trade.
Especially once they see how disorganized you would have to be to proceed on a home without lining up the trades properly and efficiently, ahead of time. Why not just use a registered builder?

Just looking for a framer because the one I've had lined up for 6 months turned out to be a crook.
