Re: looking for a real estate agent
My wife and I have bought and sold property using Trever Florko at Century 21. We were extremely pleased with him on both ends. The place we were selling through him was a very tough sale, and then we were buying in a seller's market where properties were being sold within a few hours of being listed. He went above and beyond every step of the way and I believe he helped us get great value out of both deals. In the end, we couldn't be happier with his work.

Re: Looking for a real estate agent
It is time to show the real-estate industry that the commissions that they charge is out of control. Some of the agents can average over $1000.00 per hour and do almost nothing. We have used 2% reality and have been totally satisfied and paid way less commission. In todays computer age it is the buyers that tell the agents what home they want to look at. They offer the same service and have a much smaller head. This is my experience with them vs other companies.

Commissions are negotiable, although not all realtors will negotiate.
