CNC For Cheap?

Post by dennisle »

Hey!

Is there a shop in Kelowna/Vernon that will do one-off projects for reasonable prices? Specifically, I had in mind a case that could be made out of aluminum or wood, but the costs are very high at some of the places I've asked at.

Thank you

There are a few internet services. You must draw up the plans (solid works, autoCAD, etc) and email them the plans, they'll ship you the machined part back. Challenge is drawing up the plans.

One-off projects tend to be expensive. I wouldn't expect anything cheap.
