Can you afford to buy a modest place? No more landlords.

All townhouses were over priced to be a rental unit. I looked.

All the best to you I hope someone comes up with something for you. I think this place is old fashioned but perfectly located. I've been in it myself.
As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?

Oh dear, in all caps too. damn.

How about this? It's nicer but you'll only rent it.

I hope you can find a better neighborhood to find nothing advertised for rent.

I've applied to most ads on here and on Kijiji, local papers and APM, etc. Nothing available. :-X

So should most ads be reported as bogus? Why is this still up then?

I "could let it go for $1800/month"? I should revamp my back shed. Andy S, what do you think I could get for my place if I did this?

Kelowna's rental budget is pretty high....
Anything between 750.00(hopeful thinking..) and 1,200
One bedroom would work ...heck even a warehouse would work.! :D .

Don't think anything under $1000 is realistic, to be honest. Even under $1,500 is hard to find a place.

Here's Yaletown @$1,000/month - https://classifieds.castanet.net/detail ... n/1960917/

Awful location just FYI.
