Contemptuous quote from North Okanagan politician

Jackie Pearase lost her Electoral Area "F" seat in rural Enderby to Herman Halvorson. This was the quote she chose to give to Castanet:

"They (residents) can live with what they're going to live with for four years...I worked hard," she said.

Such contempt for taxpayers. Glad she was never my rep.
