Just heard this from someone dropping by for morning coffee. My place is only three or four blocks away but can't really see anything from here other than a little smoke and keep hearing sirens.

I can see it well from my vantage point. Looks to be a lot more than a grease fire in the kitchen. On the scanner I can hear the firemen complaining they can't see where to direct the water. Started at 430 am.

Yeah, it's pretty much toast. The roof is all caved in, windows gone, it's just a shell at this point. This photo taken at about 6:30 AM.

Special today on smoked burgers. Ok.....bad joke. Seriously though, looks like another 20 something jobs gone and White Spot paid fairly well too from what I understand. I hope the franchisee will rebuild and not do a Lee's Fusion insurnace payout. Suppose that might depend on how well the business was doing.
