You're way off base and the government was clearly not trying to take away rights from gays. But I'll just stop while I'm ahead. Do the research if you're really interested.

The Conservatives have been in power since 2006 - so that makes it six years and counting for the "hidden agenda" they supposedly have to rear its ugly head. Six years of fear mongering, and nothing to show for it. Crying wolf indeed. You guys just never learn.
