Can Hamilton hang on and win today, if not they are out of Eastern Semi-Finals & Edmonton is in.

Heck of a game tonight, but I think Edmonton may have wished they did not call a time-out at the end. Since the Calgary kicker missed.

So the Regular season has come to an end. Now its on to the playoffs

Next Sunday is the semi Finals:

Edmonton at Toronto (10am)

These two teams meet twice this season June 30 and August 27 with Edmonton winning both games and outscoring Toronto 45-32 (diff of 12). These games were earlier in the season o its hard to judge who will win based on that. Edmonton is going into this game on a 3 game losing streak while Toronto is heading into this game on a 2 game winning streak.

I am going to pick Edmonton because even though they come into this game on a 3 game losing streak their last two games were close and were against top teams (Montreal and Calgary).

Sask at Calgary (1:30pm)

These two teams meet 3 times this season July 19, Aug 25, and Sept 23 with Calgary winning 2 games to 1 and outscoring Sask 83-78 (diff of 5). Looking at the score differential I would think that this game will be close. This game may be played in Calgary, but it will not seem like it. Calgary has become Sask second home. This could play into Sask favor because they are going to need it. Calgary is riding on momentum coming into this game winning 4 in a row while Sask has been struggling and losing there last 4 games.

Its hard to say who will win. I want to say sask, but by there last few performances it will not be easy. Though it is the playoffs and anything can happen. If sask wants to win this game they going to have to take the early lead. If they do that the game will sound like its being played at Mosiac stadium making it hard for Calgary.

that's too predictable :smt015
(I’ll keep hoping for my prediction – as unlikely as it is)

Yes, it is that isn't it........... lets see I've never really liked any sport teams that come out of Toronto. The only part of Montreal that I like is Anthony Calvillo...... I'd rather see Winnipeg or my 2nd choice Hamilton come out of the East.

As for west I'm lifetime BC Lions fan.

So predictable thats great big Image

I like Tony, but again ... ?!?!? We (CFL) need a new script. Besides, I finally get to cheer for Ricky Ray
(a great quarterback I could never cheer for before because he was playing for Edmonton)

If I was going to put money on it (I'm not), BC is the obvious pick.

Yes that was a great game. Very exciting especially the end. Just not the outcome I was hoping for. I knew the riders left to much time on the clock when they got that TD.

I think its going to be BC coming out of the west, but the east could be interesting. The obvious choice would be Montreal, but I would not be surprised if Toronto found a way to beat the als.
