My son is making my birthday dinner.

Prime rib with yorkshire pudding, rice and asperagus.
My Wife asked me if I knew what her favorite flower was?

Slow cooker pulled pork sandwiches. I brined the pork this time. Served with coleslaw and sweet potato wedges.

Baked a ham with mustard, onions, sweet banana peppers and a little sweet and sour sauce,

Served with homemade perogies smothered in a thick creamy mushroom sauce.
