Roku Player?
Does anyone use Roku streaming player? What are your thoughts on it?
What all is it good for, and can it be used to replace current cable and regular TV channels?

To answer your second question, no, not by a long shot.

That's what I suspected, but a family member made it sound like you could turf cable, and just use an internet connection and that player.

Don't get me wrong, I'm sure there are people out there who would really enjoy that Roku has to offer. But replacing Cable.. eh.. if it was easy, it would have already been done. Network fees are incredibly expensive.

Annoying as they can be at times, I still have to have my networks. Must have Nascar and Big Bang Theory.
