2) Ikea (in my dreams, maybe)
3) Gourmet grocer
4) NCIX outlet
5) Casino with a 25 cent craps table (never gonna happen but I figured I'd plunk that in anyway)

I would have a Mall in West Kelowna with a Bay or Sears or..... There are enough stores on Westbank First Nations land.
