Nope, not Castle Rock Prov. Park. (Dirtybiker, have you been up as far as the Vidette Goldmine?)
Hint: this one is further a field than the valley.

I definitely recommend a trip out to Deadman Falls and the Center of the Universe. Beautiful country with an interesting history out there.

Back in the 80's my Dad and I were hitch hiking down to Vernon. I was about 6 years old. A nice hippie family picked us up and we stayed at their place up near Vidette Lake. 30 years later, they still run the Kamloops Farmer's market, and they still live up the Deadman, though at a different place.
I don't remember much from that trip, but the one thing that stuck in memory was the fearful awe associated with peering over the edge of the cliff at the Deadman Waterfall...

Re: Forum Photo Contest!
We took a trip up to Vidette Lake via Back Valley Road from Cache Creek. I have exceptionally dramatic photos of the whole area, esp. a whole series of a herd of Big Horn Mt. Sheep crossing a particularly barren section of cliff. There are hoodoos in there, but Castle Rock Prov. Park is further up, and even further up are a series of lakes and the falls, but you have to drive up a very steep section of road above Vidette Goldmine. We never knew there were falls up there, so didn't know to find them, much less how. Our goal this season is to return in late Spring to get that Deadman Falls photo as we've become collectors of waterfalls.
Having said all that No one's got this one yet.
Need another hint?
