I picked up a container of spicy Daal from the farmers market on Saturday. Tonight i had this wonderful super spicy daal over sprouted rice and quinoa. Raw vegis and hummus

We used our freshly grown cilantro for a mexican fiesta meal tonight. So good and fresh when the cilantro self-seeds every year and we keep harvesting it out.
As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?

Donald G is a "we", are you jealous? Maybe you should have tried harder to let yourself get caught.

And dinner tomorrow night is going to include avocado and homemade tayberry yogurt ice cream for dessert.
