Re: What's for dinner tonight?
To make it a perfect dinner I am going to have to stop by Bman's for the beer before going to oneh2obabe's for the steak. mod to backribs) But since I may have to wait until Bman is on the lawn to scoff the beer I may be late for the backrib dinner:)>>>

Sorry, don't do steak so you'll have to drop by Queenie's.

I am making "Braised Pork Tenderloin" in a honey garlic marinade and braised with red wine, young carrots, and baby potatoes. For dessert......warm chocolate Lava cake with vanilla ice cream.

Dinner was wonderful, no mushrooms mind you, but I like wraps with a mexican flair.

Tonight's supper will be......my 1st attempt at making a McD/KFC, healthy version of chicken nuggets. Big green salad and new baby potatoes.
Beer, dipping sauces, salad dressing, and a plain doughnut are optional. Just to keep it a balanced meal........

Ah. Chemically deboned chicken.
We used to put chicken bones in jars of vinegar and they'd come out rubbery.

Old chickens must get access to vinegar to make them rubbery to eat.

Homemade pizza. Fresh cut ingredients though.
We love our fresh berries with whipped cream, so I bought whipping cream for a change.

Tuscan ragu (slow cooked meat sauce, with duck instead of beef), topped with basil and true grated Parmesan cheese.
