Was one hell of a game!! Canada should have won this in regulation, but gave up 2 2 goal leads. Also I hate the shootout and no its not just because Canada lost. I dont think they should decide champions. Same thing with penalty kicks in soccer. Should be continuous OT.

I totally agree, first OT 5 on 5... if needed 2nd OT 4 on 4... if a 3rd, 4th etc.. etc then 3 on 3.

Absolutely no shootout for Gold or Bronze games

It's early in the preliminary (meaningless game) game against the Czech Republic, what I see so far looks okay (cleaner passes will come with each game).

Added later: next years tournament is in our backyard, Vancouver & Victoria. Better warm up that visa card for some online ticket buying.

Won't have the usual New Years eve game between the US & Canada, instead an outdoor game tomorrow (barring location change due to weather)
