Computers allow people to make more mistakes in less time than anything since the invention of tequila and automatic weapons.

It is your body telling you it needs a particular substance. Things I can't stand normally I ate when I was pregnant. My vegetarian cousin craved rare, bloody meat when she was pregnant with twins because her iron was low.

That being said, even though they make me sick, I still occasionally crave something in a Big Mac. I no longer act on those cravings though. In that case I think it is addiction speaking - though to what exactly I could not say. Is it the fat, the sugar? Or something else?

I was thinking of pica - I remember one pregnant woman eating laundry soap. Those types of cravings are hard to ignore.
Truths can be backed up by facts - do you have any?

My neighbours kids came over asking for a cup of soy sauce. I gave them what's left in the entire bottle due to the salt content no long being part of what I can eat.

Now I have to de-sodium the rest of everything.
As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?

If so what the trade off, usually when sodium is lowered something else get elevated.

1 slice of bacon has 137.4mg of sodium (oh, who can only eat 1 slice), so Bsuds how much is 1 slice of low sodium Costco per/slice... just out of curiosity.

Please provide proof that sodium is not one of the main contributor to hypertension.
