Area 27 Racetrack paving!

Not just for millionaires, I am registering for a Public Track Day hosted by August Motors.

That is great to hear. A fellow I know does the same back east at the tracks around Ottawa.
Great way for the track to increase use and make a few extra bucks.

I don't have a speedy car by any stretch but if they have some kind of track day(s) for vintage cars, I'd be interested...
Wonder if they have to be safety race modified for though....

I have raced on this track and it is amazing. Incredible fun!

how does one get some track time there and how much is it, would be fun to flog the rs5 around there for a while

It was free for me, by invitation. An all day event.
Memberships are apparently around $40-45k I was told.

And, yes, an RS5 would be a very fun choice for that track.

ya I'm not really interested in a membership was kinda hoping they would have a day or two a month where a guy could pay the money sign a waiver a let er rip

Pretty much what the August Motors track day is, a sign up and drive event. $650 for the day.

They also have 2.5 day Driver Training courses that give you a certain novice-type of competition racing license, too :) $2600 for that.
