This little bag and her coherts need some serious juvie time....she's already on probation and proved that means squat to her. At that age she knows right from wrong and so do the rest of them.

I hope I don't hear a sentence of more probation, from a silly Judge who thinks they are too young to do any "time" because it will damage their dear little souls.....they need to be scared straight. I'm not talking about mainstream jail - I'm talking juvie detention and a wake-up call that next time it's the real deal - go to jail, do not collect $200!

This is disgusting and I don't want to hear about all the hard times they have had growing up. I don't want to hear they were so stoned they didn't know what they were doing. I don't want to hear any "drunk" defences. There are so many kids who have had it rough that wouldn't think of doing what they did so that's zero excuse.

The cops don't deserve that bs and they sure as heck deserve the backing of the judicial system so the Judge on this one better be one with a big book and a cranky 'tude....

Could well be....a serious wakeup call from the Judge, if the parents are out of the guidance picture in whatever way, in the form of juvie and maybe some community service when they get out, just might be the only thing to save those kids' lives. Even if the parents are home, whole, and trying with these kids, it still might take the Judge to get through to them.

Too many people make far too many excuses for these kinds of young people. Publish the names of these vagrants, charge them with assault and throw the derelicts in jail...these teens know EXACTLY what they are doing.
