Helicopter just took off from Alpine with bucket heading north

Yesterday it seemed helicopters were buzzing from West Kelowna to the Philpott Fire.

One just cruised up the valley here, no bucket. Probably just assessing the Philpot/Joe Rich fire. It's been quiet otherwise up here. No worries.

They could also be training or be called out to another fire in the province as a contractor.

There are around 10 little lightening strikes between Enderby and Mabel lake.
East of Enderby Cliffs is being reported as 0.1 HA, the rest of them are 0.009.
