If my team (season ticket holders) were perennial LOSERS and I watched as the owners and management once again put in a S :cuss: T effort in acquiring players.........especially at quarterback and someone like Kaepernick was available I would boycott that team........of course strength in numbers.

I could never understand the national anthem being played at sporting events short of the Olympics.........stand, sit, lay down, put your fist up with a black glove on..........who cares. Only in America can a bunch of rednecks get pi$$ed off by someone kneeling for a justified reason.......AND A VERY GOOD REASON!

Just wait until the concussion issue REALLY comes to a head and owners profits take a huge hit.........hopefully sooner than later. Absolutely no sympathy for what has to be the most greed infested sport.

Too bad......it used to be great.

Stop making a story out of Kaepernick. You obviously haven't watched him play. He isn't playing because he's not a very good QB. Simple as that. A few teams had no issues with signing him, but didn't. He's a back up QB, and there are many better options available.

Concussion issue has already come to a head. Settlement was reached years ago for the NFL to pay out billions. League is very healthy and will have no troubles with this payment.

Top takeaways from Sunday's Week 1 NFL action

The first Sunday of NFL regular season action is in the books, and a whole heck of a lot happened.

Biggest winners and losers from NFL Week 1

Ugly. Repugnant. Alarming. Putrid. Those are all great words to describe some of the play in NFL Week 1. It wasn’t all bad, though. In fact, some of the teams and players who took the field put on magnificent shows for their fans.

Go Cowboys !!! Go Raiders (was that my outside voice?) !!!
