50cc bike stolen first night I had wheel locked on street

The last owner told me: chain it to a pole.

I thought one night with the wheel chained would be fine.
50cc bike, they'd have to pick it up with a truck.

That just sucks ... though that bike will be harder to disguise by parts swapping than a regular bicycle ...

I will check out this house today that has scummy bike thief's living there.
Its kind of hard to check this property out to closely though as the scum
that live there are scary scary scum, but I'll try to take a close look for you today.

If you have not filed a police report yet then do that right away because if someone does
see your bike the person/police cannot do a thing unless you have reported this to the police.
Report it now in case I see your bike today on the scary scums property.

The address of where some stolen bikes are is 1947 Pasnak (not far from capri mall).
The thiefs/drug addicts are getting the boot today.
I don't know if the bikes are still there.
If anyone goes there just a warning that these guys are nuts,
druggies and not very nice.You probably want to be very
careful or take back up. I don't know ,just be careful.

Did you check impound lots? You can't have uninsured vehicles on streets or other city/public property so it could have been towed.

Can't delete the topic for some reason, so here's the update:
Thanks to a team of top notch Kelowna RCMP for tracking down my bike in Rutland (was stolen from downtown).
It was freshly painted black and a cop noticed the brand, and could tell it used to be red so he immediately thought it was mine.
They took the lights, and front brakes off. Made to look like a mini-chopper lol
