The man described as the architect behind Portugal’s response to its national overdose crisis has just visited Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside (DTES) and is not holding back about what he thinks needs to be done in B.C.

many posters here over the years have lauded portugals forward thinking in dealing with the drug problem but are always met with resistance from the uneducated police supporters that frequent this site.

on this issue our prime minister is dead wrong . pun intended . by taking this stance he is guilty of continuing the deaths continuing the communitys being disturbed by the drug trade and guilty of being obtuse
