There is more and more competition, you gotta feel sad for Tesla who can't deliver and sell enough vehicles.
The 2018 Nissan Leaf is coming in less at about $29,900. Nissan now has a slim EV BladeGuider concept that looks cool.

British politicians plan to ban gas vehicles totally by 2040. Probably means that you shouldn't be able to buy a gas vehicle by 2032 since that is about the maximum length of time given for financing and it would be wrong to mislead the public into buying and paying for gas vehicles that are soon to be banned.
Even if everyone wanted an electric vehicle, they can't make or sell electric vehicles fast enough in such a short period of time which will mean, either just 10% of the population will have a vehicle come 2040, or politicians and their advisors have fertilizer for brains.

Does the Nissan BladeGlider really have a drift button? lol. That'd be over-the-top cool.

I just realized that I made a mistake. Browsing Dyson's other products, it is possible their EV might suck, or blow.

Oh great. Now instead of trying to sell me a vacuum, they'll knock on the door and ask if I want to buy a car.
