I have emailed the city several times now and yes they can not confirm or deny the residents of freedom house will indeed have a criminal background. They apparently are not allowed to ask that! ( but put them in s family neighbourhood)

I just emailed about confirming the site will be monitored as a home for already recovered addicts as indicated, but they can not monitor that after the home gets passed through the city. So basically freedoms door is saying the addicts are all ready to transition into home life but if down the road the money runs out. ...It may turn into whatever home for addiction stages that pay the bills ...right in a family neighbourhood !

180 grand a door for tiny suites that likely won't be much more than 400 sq ft each.
450 bucks a square foot.
50 units. Almost guaranteed 100% occupancy.
