We can't have these shops springing up before legalization. We have to limit them so that city hall can hand out the licenses to only the correct people. There's a ton of money that's up for grabs and it has to guided into the right pockets.

Very happy to read the report their recommendations parallel my opinions in the feedback the BC Government is looking for. Hopefully this report is utilized as these researches are bang on!
