Tried this one tonight. I'm not eating but the family loved it! I did cut down the sugar from 1.5 to 1 cup.

Did rice and a potato at the same time and both came out great!

Did you know you can do baked potato's in it?
My Wife asked me if I knew what her favorite flower was?

Oh yes, they turn out lovely! One of these days I have to make potato salad I'll do it with an egg loaf - you break the eggs you need into a container put that in the ip and process (with water), turn it out, chop it up, add your potatoes and you're pretty well there!

I read you can do the eggs in the shell and potatoes at the same time in the pot.

We did a stew tonight. I seared the meat then added the broth and cooked for 35 min. I then added the veggies after on slow cook. Put the potatoes in about 2 hours before it finished. Came out very good.

Last night was frozen chicken breasts with ginger, garlic, soy sauce & sesame oil on "poultry" with a cup of chicken broth. Then I pulled the chicken and thickened the sauce for use over rice & rice stick noodles (my family can't agree :admin: ). A quick and easy dinner :)

My favourite thing is being able to cook from frozen. Next favourite is how much less time it takes. My father in law is trying to talk mom into one, ever since he had my ribs :)
