Sad ending to story such as this . Problem for the prosecution was no premiditation and the jury thought because the bullet richocheted that there wasno way to prove intent . He was guilty of felony gun possesion and will be deported

Ya sad. They did deport him. 5 times. So i guess it is what it is. Hes not someone whos gonna follow the law. Im sure they kick him out this time .
