Companies are created for the sole purpose of creating money for the shareholders.

Retirement security, on the other hand, is the responsibility of individuals, not their employers.

So why should an employie pay into a company plan then ? And if thats true then is it false advertising when said companies advertise thst they do exist for othrr than sucking money from people .

Like when banks advertise we work for you ? Or ford advertises we work keeping you safe bla bla .according to you they are only there get money and are there for guilty of misleading everyone

How many of these people would even have jobs if not for investors? If not for investors there would be no Google, no Facebook, no Apple, no Microsoft, no Amazon, and the list goes on and on... millions upon millions of jobs that wouldn't exist if it wasn't for investors yet people love to vilify them for expecting a return on their investment.

Employees don't have to, but in most cases, it's because it's quite beneficial and offers fund matching, like for every dollar that employee puts in the heartless soulless corporation puts another one for free.

I think it's rather a given for anybody who is not a nine year old or younger.
