I smell exaggeration. How big is their bathroom window that you can see so much through frosted glass? It seems like at most you'd see silhouettes and they'd have to have a pretty powerful backlight and be very close to the window to show any kind of detail at all. Maybe just for the fraction of the day that your neighbour is showering, make a point of not looking. If it's really as bad as you say, get some proper curtains and close them at night. Food for thought: they can see through your sheers at night better than you can see through the frosted glass.

Okay now.... When he looks at my house he sees us on the computer, washing dishes, eating and basically living,,, all fully clothed.

My neighbour on the other direct view has taken pictures and tried to tell them over the fence to much *bleep*'s. and 'want a piece of this ' attitude.

He is not clear enough to ID but you can tell he is all male and hairy. Believe me with a bright light behind him and a light in the shower stall he is a beacon in the night.

Yes my house has 4 walls but with that said at dinner time i'm in all the rooms with a view. That's it, tonight I'll take a picture.

I'm putting up blinds in the rooms today....
I thought I'd get more creative answers to this, but 'put up blinds- don't look- and take pictures ' have already crossed our minds. There are 3 homes and a walking path in direct view, I'm not alone in this.

We are box numbers here for mail so even the actual house address won't get through to them and they have a gate to stop people from getting to the door. Like I said not approachable at all.

You've had a lot of suggestions from, send a registered letter, show them pictures, by-law, blinds.
There's always going to be the token couple of posters that will pick apart your question, so you just need to filter that out.

My suggestion would be don't let the little things bother you. Ask yourself this, Is this hurting you? can you change it? NO
It's not hurting you or your neighbours, Try focusing more on the positive side of 6pm... Work day is finished and you are now spending quality time with your family.

you can buy frosted film (Home Depot has it) that you can put inside your windows (you just use soap and water)..

you will still have light showing thru but you nor anybody can see it or out..

I get the frustration but my opinion is that this is no big deal. Certainly wouldn't keep me up nights. It's kinda funny really. And you can't worry about what other people see or don't see. That is their issue to deal with.

Actually in the light of day his window is NOT frosted at all. I can clearly see the bottle of shampoo on the window sill.

To me this just means he wants to be watched. Blinds are going up. The 2 old girls next door will still have their evening scotch and watch the show but I'm out....

I'm not sure what I was after either here. I guess I'm just frustrated at this naked beacon blarring into the darkness every night . It feels intrusive almost. A nice big evergreen tree will be between me and any future neighbours in my next house,.,.,.,.

Buy 3 phoney security cameras and point them directly at the window, in plain sight. Sometimes, subliminal works better.

Hey good cause girl, have fun with it, call up some friends and have some drinks, and enjoy the show.
He obviously knows he's being watched, Is he worth watching? You could always point and start laughing at him, guys usually don't like that.
