RCMP essentially have a blank cheque on ICBC's account from which to pay for their laziness.
Nice phrase..

Just like our Governments have blank cheques that get covered by the Citizens.

Well this is one Constable, shirking his duties at a cost to all insurance paying British Columbians. Maybe ICBC shouls agree to buy a box of donuts for every constable who lays a criminal charge after invesrigating a collision involving a drinking driver.

I wonder what the investigation of the grey cop car smashed up at Princeton ave. and 97 will reveal. The car was on the road for over an hour, he may have hit a van.

I saw nothing wrong this evening.
Working hard.
One whole group of vehicles pulled over in one way.
Couple others going hard (lights, siren, speed) going the other.

Whatever their doing, it ain't wrong.

eta, Princeton has potential to be a bad one, hope all are well.
