Six people have been murdered in the Central Okanagan in 2017.

2016, five people were killed in Kelowna.

2015 four people were killed in Kelowna .

Three murders occurred each year in 2014, 2013 and 2012.

Its like living in the 1850's. Lawless place without supervision nor Mountie protection, a Judicial system that needs an overhaul, drug induced violence that is not detoured. Should be the next promotion for Kelowna tourism. Come to Kelowna You will never leave ALIVE.

Keeping it in perspective, lets remember that the last 3 murders of 2017 in our area were members of one household. That is an anomaly. Without those there would have been 3 murders total, which is still 3 too many. but not as shocking.
